That is a lot of hog wash. The Kashmiri status change within India won't change the global status of Kashmir any more than what India wants to call their streets by changing their names. The dispute will not be resolved if Modi now arbitrarily decided to annex the Kashmir by force or by illegally bulldozing the Kashmiri people's aspirations.
