Absolutely correct! IK never prepared himself and his party for governance. Haroon Rasheed, (who worked with IK from 1996 to 2012 and remained very close to him as there weren’t many “VIPs” around IK during that time period), has said it many times in print and electronic media that many brilliant people came close to IK but they soon left him due to his mountain-like ego, authoritativeness ( thinking that Political party is also like cricket team), and I-know-more-than-anyone attitude.
