Dehshat gardi ko hur muslman haram hi samjhata hai. Yeh dunyadar mullah dehshatgardi ki aarr main jihad k concept ko defuse karnay ki koshash karta hai. He is follower of Ahmad Raza Brelvi who declared fighting against English as haram not a jihad. I would not be surprised to find out that he got paid from goras for this fatwa.

بالکل صحیح کہا آپ نے ۔ ۔ ۔ تمام حضرات سے گزا رش ہے کہ اس فتوے کی تردید کرنے سے پہلے اس میں موجود قرآن اور حدیث کے حوالے ضرور پڑھیں اور ان کی بنیاد پر گفتگو کریں ... بد قسمتی سے آج کل ہر آدمی اپنے ذاتی موقف کو حقیقت سمجھتا ہے اور حقائق کی پرواہ نہیں کرتا ... ہتا کہ مذ ہب اور دہشت گردی جیسے معملات میں بھی

anyways, on topic: I gave a link to "Shamsheer-e-bayniam which has detailed proofs/quran/ahadith/sunnah/fiqh of top ulema on jihad and whats allowed and whats not and why is it going on

Obviously, bombings in Market places, Targeting innocents in muslims countries IS NOT allowed in ISLAM (even Taliban accept and say this) but Fidayi or Suicide as u call it is allowed on Enemies in certain cases.

First of all, I am not an Alima / Mufti etc so I cannot decide who is a "Jaali Aalim" or not

But about Tahir ul Qadri, many jayyad ulema have,with ample proof from Quran/Hadith shown that his methods are way off the mark. Most common examples were music, dancing and the allowance of prostrating in front of a human being. Surely you don't think that is allowed? Telling us of dreams where the Prophet (P.B.U.H) asks for money from Tahir Qadri for return ticket to Saudia... ??

Regarding your second statement, IF the TTP and Taliban target innocent civilians, than I don't support them, but whatever is associated in the media with their name is NOT always CORRECT.. They have denied MANY times the attacks on civilians. (But newspapers claim the very next minute after a blast that Taliban takes responsibilty, whereas they dont). The ones on armed forces, they take responsibility (e.g. GHQ, Navy base) etc because they are not innocents. They are american allies. That is not terrorism.

PUKHTA TAR KARDO MIZAAJ-E-KHAAN-QAHI MEIN ISEY

The four linguistic meanings constitute the concept of the word deen in the Qur’an where it implies a comprehensive system of life that is composed of four parts:

1. The rulership and the authority belong to Allah (S.W.T.).
2. The obedience and submission to this rulership and authority by those who embraced this deen. (Constitution)
3. The complete system (intellectual and practical) established by this authority (Allah). (Social, Economy, Judiciary, Political system)
4. The reward given by this authority (Allah) to those that followed the system and submitted to it and the punishment inflicted upon those who rebel against it and disobey it.

The Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) also said:
"When you involve yourselves in interest bearing business transactions, and you hold on to the tails of cows, and you are pleased with agriculture (i.e. the land) and you abandon making Jihad in the Cause of Allah, Allah will send humiliation down upon you. He will not remove it from you until you return back to your Religion." [Abu Dawood and al-Bayhaqee]

ٹی ٹی پی اور طالبان کی حمایت کرتی ہیں، تو میں آپ کو یہ یاد دلاتا چلوں کہ یہ دونوں دہشت گرد تنظیمیں خود بے شمار ایسے حملوں کی ذمہ داری قبول کر چکی ہیں جن میں درجنوں بے گناہ مسلمان جاں بحق ہوۓ ہیں۔

اے ایمان والو! تم غیروں کو (اپنا) راز دار نہ بناؤ وہ تمہاری نسبت فتنہ انگیزی میں (کبھی) کمی نہیں کریں گے، وہ تمہیں سخت تکلیف پہنچنے کی خواہش رکھتے ہیں، بغض تو ان کی زبانوں سے خود ظاہر ہو چکا ہے، اور جو (عداوت) ان کے سینوں نے چھپا رکھی ہے وہ اس سے (بھی) بڑھ کر ہے۔ ہم نے تمہارے لئے نشانیاں واضح کر دی ہیں اگر تمہیں عقل ہو



O ye who believe! Take not into your intimacy those outside your ranks: They will not fail to corrupt you. They only desire your ruin: Rank hatred has already appeared from their mouths: What their hearts conceal is far worse. We have made plain to you the Signs, if ye have wisdom.
