hundreds of waste bins must be placed at all tourism places & those must be regularly cleaned by govt.

Folks who manage all activities in these fairs should also make prior arrangements to pickup the garbage. They should not expect tourists to take back the garbage with them. I doubt the depts even provide garbage cans to throw the garbage in, thats why people mostly throw on the ground.

Every Visitor should be charged an Environment/Cleaning Fee of ~100 Rs... this should be used to cleanup the area afterwords.

I already recommend this to my local council, insted of putting up the banner "Safai nisf eeman hai" they should change it to "kachra yahan dalyay or apnay adhay kafir honay ka saboot deejyay...!!"
