PTI legal team and leader were so nave and immature that they followed each and every decision of AHP, ie, not interrogating,

Iftikhar Chaudhry, Ramday, Sethi, GEO, Urdu Bazar printing press owner etc etc, as PTI is conceding that they cannot present their case in effective way.

Yaar plz read this. JC report statements. Aaap jo merzi ker letey faisla yehi aaaana tha... Judges know every thing and proofs were given. But they already made their mindset.

اِنکے پاس ثبوت ہی کوئی نئی تھا۔ یہ ہو ہی نئی سکتا کہ اِِنکے پاس اِن میں سے کسی ایک کیخلاف بھی کوئی ثبوت ہوتا، اور وہ اُسے کورٹ میں نا بُلاتے یا اُس ثبوت کو کورٹ میں پیش نا کرتے۔۔

ویسے اگر یہ اِنکو کورٹ میں بُلالیتے تو اِنکے اِلزامات کی قلعی کھُل جانی تھی۔ اِسیلیۓ نئی بُلایا اِنہیں کورٹ۔ اور دھرنے میں اِلزامات پے جو اِتنی محنت کی وہ سب ضائع ہو جانی تھی۔

اور اِسلیے بھی کہ کمیشن کی رپورٹ کے بعد یہ اپنا پراپیگینڈا جاری رکھ سکیں۔ کہ دیکھیں ہمارے پاس تو ثبوت تھے، پر ہم ہی ثابت نئی کر سکے۔

اور یہ اپنے اِلزامات کا سِلسلہ اُسی طرح جاری رکھ سکیں۔۔

The obligation of the claimants is to produce the evidence in court ....... than the court decides whether those presented evidence were sufficient and appropriate to give verdict on the basis of those evidences.

We heard a lot about the word "Organized Rigging" in the recent Inquiry commission report about the rigging in election 2013. It concluded that they did not find any "Organized Rigging" in election. However, the report itself is full of the the things which they described as"irregularities" such as:


1. Massive missing of form 15 from the bags, which is the requisite document to prepare election result

2. Missing of election bags in different constituencies

3. Broken seals of a large numbers of election bags

4. Stuffing of garbage and dirt in the election bags

5. Non availability of voter lists in large number of bags, which is essential to verify, how many votes were polled

Let's see what is defined by the word Organized in English language:


Planned

Prepared

Controlled



Now can anyone explain that all the above noted so-called irregularities can be carried out without any of the above meanings of "Organized" or it is just happened without the knowledge of concerned quarters?

It is oblivious that all of the above was planned, prepared and controlled to get desired result.

Is there any doubt now that these election were full of "Organized Rigging"



But our blind judiciary can't see these simple things, as they don't want to expose the corrupt Maffias in Judicary (Returning Officers), who were main part and parcel of this massive "Organized Rigging"

Let's continue to expose these elements together and get rid of this corrupt system and strive for the establishment of Dean Islam, which is the only way of survival of mankind. Ameen.

Judicial Commission

Please read carefully the most important part of findings of Commission in the following Paragraph 534:

proof lower than the balance of probabilities.

Is this not enough that commission acted beyond its jurisdiction and adopted their own standard's of proof and avoided to investigation under the power given to the commission through the ordinance of its formation.

It is clear violation of law and must be challenged as the members of the commission violate the decision of Supreme Court against "Law of necessitate"
Let's demand for the trail of these members of the commission for the volition of their oath and constitution.

Tihs is not about Abdul Hafeez peerzada, it is about the mafia gang ruling Pakistan, Judges are involved in politics like the one retired CJ who announced organising a political party and the same judge appointed the present ones. Present rulers who introduced corruption in this country by buying institutions by-in-large they did so. When a judge is not performing his duties where an average person knows that rigging was apparent and clear, calling it free n fair, the punishment for those should be by hanging on the roadside along with their gang members.

If PTI couldn't provide the proofs as per the residents of Potwaristan, then why didn't JC aquire the power of Inquiry commission in which they could call any institution including MI, ISI, IB, NADRA etc to collect the evidences and present it to the JC? Plus JC report didn't mention that various parties including PTI had provided the proofs. Even JC didn't bother to check any proof provided by the parties.

It was obvious from the start that JC has just to calm down the PTI and let the govt complete 5 years.

ye sab hamid khan aur ifthikhar don ki phelai hui batain hain. JC ki proceedings ke duraan pmln ki ph...ati hui thi. khas tor pe jab ro's ko bulya gaya tha tu dalal chowy ne dalal azizi ne press conference me khuub rona dala tha. masla ye tha ke judges ka mood hi nahi tha kuch karne ka. mslan ager ye baat confirm hui ki extra ballot paper print huay tu kam se kam ye tu comission ko pata lagana chahiye tha ke ye extra ballot papers use huay ke nahi. ye baat polling bags me vtes ke serial numbers match karke malum ki jaskti thi lekin ager thele khultay tu unme me raddi nikali thi.

RO's ne farzi result banaya tha jsika ka poll kiye gaye voes se koi talluk hi nahi banta. isliye abhi tak 50 halkon ke polling station wise result nahi aya kyunke usme kai polling stations me 100% se over polling hui thi. bilkul usi tarhan jis tarhan nawaz sharif ko 1500 me se 8000 votes milgay typing error ke zariye.
