Why did they do it now and not before? If constitution of Pakistan was broken when KPK and Punjab assembly was dissolved, SC should have taken immediately action. Any lawyer could petition it in court. Yet, nothing happened for weeks and now they take up this issue to delay the proceedings of this case.
Constitution of Pakistan allows dissolution of assemblies without any reason. Power to dissolve an assembly rests with the CM of that province. CM used his constitutional authority and dissolved the assembly. Now hold elections as per constitution of Pakistan for the dissolved assemblies and you won’t have any crisis. Dog

Imran didn’t dissolve the provincial assemblies. He only dissolved National Assembly unconstitutionally which was restored by SC. It was CM Punjab and KPK that dissolved their own assemblies after taking vote of confidence from majority of parliament members. Hence completely constitutional. Dog

SC cannot overrule the constitution because of economy. If SC was thinking about economy during VONC against Imran, it would have ruled in Imran’s favor. But SC protected the constitution at the cost of economy and it will do the same now. Double standards are not allowed in Bughaz Imran.
