I am not sure how authentic this is that he is living in Bilawal House, but even if he is living in Bilawal House, shouldn't we celebrate it as a better gesture from PPP that they are trying to curtail the government expenses and are keeping a consultant on personal expenses (at least for boarding/lodging) ???

It is not in PPP genes to curtail government expanses?..They would love to do more government expanses....to help curtail their own personal expanses. ?
