حال ہی میں پنجاب اسمبلی سے پاس ہونے والے تحفط بنیاد اسلام نامی بل کے مندرجات پڑھ کر پہلا خیال یہی آیا کہ کہیں اس کے پیچھے قادیانی تو نہیں۔ کیوں کہ جب کسی بھی پیغمبر نبی یا کسی مذہب کی مقدس شخصیت کی توہین جرم ہو گی، تو قادیانی بھی تو مرزا غلام احمد کو نعوذباللہ نبی مانتے ہیں، اور ان کے نذدیک مرزا قادیانی مقدس ہے۔ چنانچہ اس قانون کے تحت رد قادیانیت لٹریچر، میٹیریل، کتابیں اور تنطیمیں بھی زد میں آ سکتی ہیں۔
دوسرا خیال یہ آیا کہ یہ تو سیدھا سیدھا اہل تشیع پر بین لگانے جیسا ہے، کیونکہ ان کے فرقے کا دارومدار ہی اصحاب رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور اور دوسری مقدس شخصیات کے خلاف نازیبا زبان استعمال کرنے پر ہے۔چنانچہ اہل تشیع علماء کی پریس کانفرنس دیکھ کر یہ ثابت ہوا کہ اندازہ درست تھا، اور اس بل کی سب سے ذیادہ تکلیف اہل تشیع کو ہی ہوئی ہے۔
اگر ان کی نظر سے دیکھا جائے تو اہل تشیع کی طرف سے کئے جانے والے تحفظات بظاہردرست ہیں، مگر سوال یہ ہے کہ کیا تمام تر حقوق صرف اہل تشیع (اقلیت)کے لئے مختص ہیں، اور اہل سنت (جو کہ غالب اکثریت میں ہیں)کے کوئی حقوق نہیں؟پہلے خلیفہ کا حق صرف کسی ایک کو مل سکتا ہے۔ اگر حضرت ابو بکر رضی اللہ تعالی عنہہ کو پہلا خلیفہ مانا جائے تواہل تشیع راضی نہیں ہوں گے، اور اگر حضرت علی کرم اللہ وجہہ کو پہلا خلیفہ مانا جائے تو اہل سنت ناراض ہوں گے۔اہل سنت کسی ایک ادنی ترین صحابی کے خلاف کوئی معمولی بات بھی سننے کو تیار نہیں، جبکہ اہل تشیع چند ایک کے علاوہ کسی کو صحابی ماننے کے لئے تیار نہیں۔جب عقائد اور موقف میں اس طرح کا بعد المشرقین ہو کہ کسی ایک کی بات ماننا دوسرے کی نفی ہو، تو ایسی صورت حال میں رائج کلیہ یہ ہے کہ اکثریت اور طاقتور کا موقف غالب اور تسلیم ہو گا، اور اقلیت کو کڑوا گھونٹ پینا پڑے گا۔اور اگر اقلیت اکثریت پر مسلط ہونے کی کوشش کرے، تو پھر فساد کا قوی تر اندیشہ ہوتاہے۔ اگر نمبر گیم کرنی ہے، تو پاکستان میں حضرت ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالی عنہہ کا پہلا نمبر ہو گا۔ اگر کسی کو حضرت علی رضی اللہ تعالی عنہہ کو پہلے نمبر پر لانے کا شوق ہے، تو وہ ایران جا کر اپنا شوق پورا کر لے، کیونکہ وہاں اہل تشیع حضرات کی اکثریت ہے۔
ہم بل مسترد کرتے ہیں، اور اسے گورنر کا باپ بھی قبول نہیں کر سکتا جیسا جملہ اگر کسی اہل سنت عالم نے بولا ہوتا تو بی بی سی اور دوسرے یہودی و دجالی میڈیا کو فورا ہی ریاست کی رٹ شدید خطرے میں پڑتی نظر آ جانی تھی(حال ہی میں کرونا وبا کے دوران علما ء کی نماز کے حوالے سے ہومیو پیتھک سی پریس کانفرنس اور میڈیا کا ردعمل اس کی مثال ہے)۔ مگر کیوں کہ یہودیوں کی ایرانیوں سے سخت دشمنی ہے، لہذا نہ صرف یہ کہ اس قسم کی بدمعاشیوں کی چشم پوشی کی جاتی ہے، بلکہ ہمیشہ کی طرح ان کی ہاں میں ہاں ملا کر بل کے خلاف ماحول بنایا جا رہا ہے(ہمیشہ کی طرح لبرل فاشسٹوں اور لبرل منافقوں کے مفاد ایک ہی ہیں)۔اسے مملکت خدادا پاکستان کے باسیوں کی کمزوری کہیں یا رحم دلی و نرمی، کہ اہل تشیع حضرات اتنا سر پر چڑھ گئے ہیں کہ کھلم کھلا اصحاب رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی اہانت کرنے کو اپنا حق گرداننے لگے ہیں، اور کھلم کھلا بدمعاشی پر اتر آئے ہیں، اور ہم نے پہلے بھی کئی بار اس طرف اشارہ کیا ہے کہ اگر ملک میں ایرانی اثرو رسوخ پر توجہ نہ دی گئی، تو آگے چل کر یہ کانٹے پلکوں سے چننے پڑیں گے۔ایران امریکی آشیر باد اور اپنی پراکسیوں کے ذریعے سے بہت سے اسلامی ممالک مثلا شام، عراق، یمن، لبنان میں آگ لگا چکا ہے، اور پاکستان میں بھی اس قسم کا خطرہ موجود ہے۔لہذا اس سے پہلے کہ پلوں کے نیچے سے بہت سا پانی بہہ چکے، اس طرف توجہ دینے کی شدید ضرورت ہے۔

Can we allow Qaidianis, Hindus and Christians to openly curse the Sahaba and insult our Prophets in their places of worship, rallies and demonstrations? Of course we cannot.

So what makes these cultists so special that they have been getting away with it for so long now? Why should the majority of us Pakistanis have to hear these cultists openly insult our prophets, curse the sahaba and yet stand quietly in the corner, oh all because so these little snowflakes rights don't get infringed upon!
