Pakistan is also looking for Central Asian access through Afghanistan.

American Aid was temporary and it was also holding Afghanistan's true potential. The above mentioned economic stability can take a while but it will be sustainable and ever lasting.

If other countries need land access from Afghnistan for trade , Afghnistan too needs land access from other countries for trade which neutralize your goldmine
