Do you even know what you are talking about? Have you ever seen or met any Iraqi in your life?

First of all he was not from the military. He was a member of the political Ba'ath party. This political party came to power in 1968 and he became the President many years later. Just because he wore a uniform does not make him a military. Kim-Jon Un of N. Korea also wears a military uniform. This does not make him a military personnel.

First read about the history of Iraq to know what it once was and what it has now become and then comment.

I know you just commented for the sake of argument. The system of governance has never been a problem. It is the governance itself which is good or bad.
