there are (or were) two satellite settlements, Mirpur and Mohammad Pur, populated by almost 100% Urdu speakers (Biharis) in the outskirts of Dacca.

My sister (AR) lived in Mirpur, and I lived in Mohammadpur

As this person is saying that Bangalis were slaves for a long time. I will say that after this they had inferiority complex.
He said Pakistan was looting them, my mom told me that before 1971 nearly every year we donated a lot in Bangal flood relief fund.
They always blamed Pak Govt. and Pak army but according to this man it proved wrong in 1974 when Mukti Bahni killed thousands of Bangalis.
When people of Bangladesh realised that there was misunderstanding created by India they killed Mujeeb ur Rehman and family.
India is again creating misunderstanding by a party in Pakistan but we should learn from history.
Anyway I am thankful to Bangladeshi supporters in Mirpur.
