This is not even a decision. Pakistan as sovereign and independent state has no right to let its soil be used by foreign country to attack its neighbors. Mistakes of the past won't be repeated again.

As a “proof” of this, just look at the increase in Pakistan’s foreign debt in last 3 years. He may not be keeping much of the Bheek in his own pockets but he surely is well aware that he is lining the pockets of army generals.

And being a Mutmain beghairat, he seems to be ok with that arrangement.
