Are Islamic Banks Really Islamic????

nizaame sarmaydaari main yahee to bunyaadi ghalati hai keh log her shai ko apni malkiyat khayaal kerte hen jabkeh her shai sirf aur sirf khudaa hi ki malkiyat hai. lihaaza jis cheez ke aap maalik hi nahin ho us ki aap khareedo frokht kaise ker sakta hai? issi liye to haraami log khudaa ko nahin maante ta keh unhen khudaa ki na maanani pade.

deene islam main insaanu ka insaanu per zulm her tarah se haraam hai issi liye aisi tijaarat bi haraam hai jis main aik ka faaida to doosre ka nuqsaan ho. lihaaza deene islam main tijaarat ka matlab logoon ka aik doosre ke saath salook hai keh woh aik doosre ki zarooriyaate zindagi poori kerne ke liye kia kia madad imdaad ker sakte hen ya kaise kaise ker sakte hen, yani deene islam ye hai keh log aik doosre ki poori poori madad ke saath apni apni zaroorten kaise poori kerte hen keh sab ki zindagiyan jannat ban jaayen.

yaad rakhen khudaa ne insaanu ko sab kuchh muft main diya hai. ye khudaa ne insaanu ko aik doosre se paise banaane ke liye nahin diya hai na hi aik doosre ko neechaa dikhaane ke liye diya hai. yahee wajah hai asal deene islam ye hai keh log khud ko organise aur regulate karen behtareen tareeqe se is kaam ko anjaam dene ke liye. warna socho jab paper maney ya sona chaandi logoon ne abhi daryaaft hi nahin ki tha to us waqt woh karo baar kaise kerte the? deene islam shuroo se le ker aaj tak aik hi hai kabhi badla nahin hai. log badalte rahe hen aur badalte rahen ge.

akele akele quraan ki aayaat ya ahaadis ko quote kerne se kuchh nahin hota pehle logoon ko quraan aur tareekh ki madad se aik behtareen quraani dastooro qanoon banaana ho ga phir us ko saheeh tarah se naafiz kerne ke liye jido johd kerna ho gi tab jaa ker asal deene islam per mabni riyaasat wajood main aaye gi.

abhi to logoon ko pata hi nahin hai quraan main kia hai aur kia nahin hai to aise log riyaasate madina kaise banaa sakte hen. is ko waqt lage ga keh pehle logon ki saheeh taleemo terbiyat kerne ki zaroorat hai quraan ke ain mutaabiq.

Please tell me where in Quran Allah said "God says spend out of what you have and the rest give it in God;s way " and prohibited us from saving? give us the Quran reference.

Quran verse 2.219: They ask you about wine and gambling. Say, in them is great sin and ( yet some ) benefit . But their sin is greater than their benefit. And they ask you ,what they should spend in God's way, Say The excess ( extra to your needs.)

And that implies you can't save for the rainy day, for the daughter's wedding in the future for the children education in the future. Is that what you are suggesting?

and I thought you were smarter than that?…O bhai! No it does not imply that you can't save and spend on your needs like your daughter's wedding, or the education of your children, clothing, food…But like Quran says, spend in God's way what ever is extra to your needs, these and many others.
And No…I am not suggesting any thing, I am only explaining what Quran is asking us to do.

So-called Islamic Banking is double haram.
