I just returned from holidays in Turkey and its far from truth that Turks dislike Erdogan.

He has done well for their country with modern solid infrastructure everywhere. Even in far and remote parts of the country you ve all basic amenities like electricity, internet, good highways and 4g mobile connection. Turkey has been stable during Erdogan times in terms of conflicts and infact ppl like that he is showing some character and standing up for the Turkish identity (incl religion), is not easily bullied by west etc

Also he is no fanatic, as you ve all sorts of religios freedoms for minorities like Christians (alot of Armenians live in Turkey) and even jews, who have multiple synagogues in Istanbul.

On the other hand what’s happening in India under Modi & BJP is religious extremism and ordinary ppl are starting to see the side affects.

They dislike him because he is a fanatic and steering Turkey towards Russia.
But I think Erdogan is not going to last very long, Turks are starting to see his reality.

You sir are misled, Turks LOVE Erdogan and the failed 2016 coup initiated by the US is a testament of the people's love for Erdogan... do u even know of the economic conditions of when he came into power vs where Turkey is now....
