This means that there are 100 seats of NA still to be announced. Does anyone have a breakup of NA seats by province? What are the chances that PMLn will add more seats to it tally. Lack of support for PMLn in provinces other than Punjab shows the divisions in the country.

The interesting phenomenon to me is that as expected by many, PPP is decimated and artificially created PMLQ has fizzled out and has met its natural death. Not sure what does that mean in the long term. With PPP handed this thrashing as a reward for its utter failure and not having an scapegoat to blame their drubbing is a first for them and not sure that zardari and co. have what it takes to turn things around for themselves in Punjab.

MASHALLAH not bad for a brand new party a 3rd peoples force in Pakistan, IK and its hard working team did an excellant job. Now watch KP province will inshallah become a role model for the entire nation, excelling in education, infrastructure etc, boy thats good news.

In Pakistan, everyone has won, only Pakistaniyat has lost.The results are precisely showing how devided we are:

1- MQM for Muhajirs
2- PPP for Sindhis
3- PMLN for Punjabis
4- PTI for Pathans
5- Baluch nationals for Baluchis.

Can't we have anyone only for Pakistan??????????

Well done Pakistan, Well done PML-N and Very Well Done PTI

Successful democratic elections and peaceful transfer of power is a great achievement for Pakistan. The Pakistani nation by turning out to vote has expressed full confidence in democracy and future of Pakistan.

PML-N ran a good positive campaign asking for votes based on performance and without going negative against other parties.

PTI has achieved a lot of positives. For a party that had one only one NA seat in 16 years has managed to emerge as the second biggest party in the country. It has an energized set of supporters. It was due to PTI's pressure that PML-N was forced to improve its performance. PTI has managed to bring issues like corruption and good governance to the forefront of national discourse. It can now play the role of good opposition. This gives PTI a good platform for the next elections. It has to do rethinking on many issues as well but it also has many things to be proud of.

All in all, a good day for Pakistani democracy.
