Its a cult but its doing largely good things. AKDN,AKU,Reral development.
I think we shouldnt poke our noses into other ppl religious ideas as usually what you find out is shocking...
I will ask admin to take this threadh down as Agkahanis are very emotional about Prince Saheb,few of the forum members are definately Agkhanis.......

They don't enter new people in their religion( huge sigh of relief that one bad religion is not spreading, eh??), so by default only Ismaelis are one, who are Ismaelis by birth. You cannot convert to Ismaeli sect, like Jews and Hindus. And their role in Pakistan is positive in all means. Agha Khan (Grandfather of current Agha Khan) was one of the founding father of Muslim League in 1906, and it was him who invited Jinnah to join Muslim League and so on. So give little respect to Agha Khan and his Jammat in making of your country, where you proudly pronounce Sunni and only true sect Muslim (Ostrich mindset reflection).

The fact is, Agha Khan like his masters The Jews was searching for a land to rule and make a country for his cult and when Jinnah refused to make Pakistan an Ismaili state , he left the struggle. So no respect for a deserter.
Second similarity between Jews and Agha Khanis is that you are born into the religion and cannot convert.
Finslly, I cannot respect a bald guy who fancies himself as a god and calls himself a walking talking Quran.

@Pakole Khi: You might be right about this cult, but it would not be fair to not mention that Sultan Mahmood (Agha Khan 3) had instrumental role in creation of Pakistan and Muslim League.
Sultan Mahmood was one of founding fathers of Muslim League (All India), and was Muslim League's first President from 1906-1912.

How much its true that Aga Khan Education Foundation is responsible the development of curriculum / syllabus for schools in Pakistan ??????
As far as I have seen Agha Khanis/Ismailies don't call Prince Karim Aga Khan Nauzubillah a Prophet. He's just a leader of their Madhab or school.And they DO believe in the Finality of Prophethood like all of us.And as per Amman Message they are also considered as Muslims.

They have some roots or connections with Shia Jafiris or so.And I guess they originated in eitehr Syria or Persia.The picture of Agha Khan with a woman in Bikini is a morphed one as per what they say in their defense,it's his own personal life anyways.Moreover no one can deny contributions by Agha Khan for Pakistan and many other nations.Even the port of Gwadar was gifted by him after he bought it from Sultanate of Oman for $3 million. Plus he also received honorary citizenship of Canada two years back.

Very informative I always wondered what were the differences, people who are saying it's spreading hate or minorities will be targeted are just full of ****. Nowhere I see any hate or killing msgs so stop saying everything is a conspiracy against minorities

I think these pople are scared and they don't want to get exposed/embarassed when it is brought to attention about their practices and they counter that by saying it's hate content/conspiracy just like jews

It is true that a new board has been formed by the name of "Agha Khan Educational Board" which at the moment is running parallel to existing boards but with the aim of eventually taking over educational system. Agha Khan board and others such as Oxford University Press are tasked with changing the curriculum to speed up the process of converting Pakistani society into a secular state.
These boards run by kuffar will not open up thousands of free schools or distribute millions of free books but rather build a society whose young know more about European history then Islamic History, Study theology first Instead of Islam and more prone to accept western secular ideals then the Islamic Social Ideology.

You have presented a very stupid argument in favour of Agha Khanis. We cannot accept any group as Islamic if they just label themselves as Muslims. If we go by your analogy then Qadiyanis should be declared Muslims as they call themselves Muslims but that is not the case.
Agha Khani fitna is worse then Qadiyaniat as Mirza called himself a prophet but Agha Khan attributes the sifat of Allah Taa'ala to himself

What you pointed is just the tip of the iceberg. Imagine if we don't check this fitna then what havoc will they create in our society.
First and foremost we must realise who is our friend and who is our foe and that was the reason for my post. We cannot trust a group whose history is full of trachaery and betrayal against Muslims. From helping the British invasion in Afghanistan and Sindh during 1930's to guarding the interests of western masters today.
