The institution that is supposed to prosecute Shabaz Shaif is now directly under him. We all saw what happened today in accountability court (and what’s being going on in this case in past 2 years or so). Under what rule of law and constitution is an accused, who could not even secure a bail on “merit”, because the evidence against him was so damning (and is on bail on grounds of ‘’hardship”) is supposed to head the very institution who’s supposed to prosecute him? Aaj raat suo moto case nahi ho ga kya?

After resignation of PTI from the Assembly, I think it will be easier for them to revoke the NAB Ordinance, or make some fundamental changes in it.

I am not so sure. NAB is controlled by someone but no one knows who. Was it Bajwa, ISI, NS,AZ or SS but not Kaptaan.
