I wonder who else can deliver a more unambiguous message for Chanda than a reputable chunda collector. This speech of Bonga khan was more of a speech of a beggar than a PM ..... I guess he was told that his amnesty scheme is heading down the tube along with his Tax expectations . Shame on him for now making a wide U turn on such schemes.
