I have read your thread.
ISPR made a mistake in a haste by hyper acting and not waiting for the procedure to be followed.
What I'm told by the people who matter is..... the initial procedure was followed correctly, three names were sent to the PM house with check mark on Gen Nadeem by the COAS. However, the problem arose when someone in the GHQ/ISPR stupidly released the news to the media in a euphoria that the PM will never reject COAS's recommendation.... thanks to same page mantra. But when the PM saw this premature news on the TV "tow pathan kaa meter ghoom gaya". He said, "twadee paien dee siri" that is his prerogative to approve any name, how come he hasn't seen the file even and media is reporting this?? He told his secy to put up the file when he asks, hence the delay. Even COAS was not happy with ISPR on this debacle.
Its my hunch that the heads will roll and perhaps the victim may be Gen Babar Iftikhar.
The PM personally has no problem with either COAS or with Gen Nadeem.

He didn't develop anything nor was he the father of anything other than his own children. He stole the centrifuge design from the Urenco Group, the Dutch company he was working for. Seems like spying and stealing secrets was his real talent, first he stole from the dutch and gave it to Pakistan, then he stole from Pakistan and gave it to the N.Koreans.

Whatever he was, he was at it's best & it proved best for Pakistan.
But he should not have given that statement & if he had he should not have revealed later on that it was a forced statement.
Pakistanis would havd loved him & still do in either case.
