Was Mr. Riaz Haq ever appointed in any official position by Govt of Pakistan during Musharraf era of human right abuses and political repression? Someone should clear that.

saleem safi copies the letter of ttp commander asmatullaah muaweyah written to him..

note that asmatullaah muaweyah was not underground untill few years ago..

he probably openly used to deliver speeches in pakistani madrassahs few years ago..

moreover asmatullaah muaweyah also probably had good relationship with isi and pakistani army in the past...

i have heard sometimes that asmatullaah muaweyah was a senior militant commander of kashmir resistance (supported by isi).

asmatullaah muaweyah is now said to be the chief of punjabi taliban...

his speeches are probably also very much available on youtube etc.

سمجھنا کوی مشکل نھیں ھے کہ رشیا اور امریکہ جیسے ممالک تو افغانستان کے معاملات میں دخل دے کر پاگل ھوگئے ھیں جبکہ پاکستان جیسا کمزور ملک انکے معاملات میں ایک عرصے سے دخل اندازی کرتا آرھا ھے انجام بھی پھر ایسا ھی ھونا تھا۔ابھی تو طالبان کو پاکستان سے کافی مدد مل جاتی ھے ورنہ ھماری آرمی ایک عرصہ پھلے سے مغربی محاذ پر جنگ کر رھی ھوتی۔
