another FAT LIE ..they wont be open defecation free in another 100 years.....all those TOILETS they smack on the ground are hogwash as a good majority dont have any drainages or are not connected to the main sewer system...hahahaha

Open defaecation is of no interests to the west. You have to satisfy 3 groups to get anyone to pay attention to you. No:1 Military Industrial complex. For this you have to have a huge amount of money. no:2 the various financers who operate in secrecy and are only interested in the growth of their money. no:3 you have to get a good pimp. The US senate listens only if you have a good pimp [lobbyist]. It seems that the US senate and congressmen need to have a relaxing evening wining,dining and wenching before they can see any thing.
