There was no successful dialogue with Mujib. He actually hosted Yahya in his Larkana home for 3 days. And God knows what he offered this womaniser Yahya in Larkana. Afterward he flew to Dhaka, held a 'dialogue' with Mujib and 'created' a deadlock. After his successful dialogue with Mujib , he announced that but after military did not stick to his solution and operation was launched. In every way he was nothing to decide anything , how can you blame a messenger over war of its general. If he was a power hungry then he would have been struck to Ayob and got progress , he could easily be PM with military help
If he was sincere to this country, he would have joined democratic people, sided with Mujib and then Pak Army would be barred from its Napak crimes in East Pakistan.
