- Conservatives are those which want to retain the traditional values thus are against any changes which they believe might threaten the traditional values in society (which is pretty much any change).
- Liberals on the other hand are open to change and are generally opposed to traditional values.
- There is simply no way you can compare a Pakistani liberal to TTP, Pakistani liberals never enjoyed any support in mainstream thus even liberal parties of Pakistan are centrist and don't challenge the traditional value system. How the heck are liberals equal to TTP? How many conservatives have been killed by liberals? How many armed insurgencies have been started by Pakistani liberals? An argument can be made that TTP is not representative of Pakistani conservatives (its true to some extent) but you are not making this argument, your argument seems to be an excuse for TTP by pointing out that liberals show same level of fanaticism which is factually incorrect and gross (read GROSS) exaggeration.
