Those who claim it was detected are liars.

You obviously have no clue how radar works, do you. Even civilian airport radars would have and most probably did pick it up on their screens after it crossed an altitude of a 1000ft. There is no 30 maar khany involved in this .

Let's suppose that it was detected then WHY was it NOT shot down?

They knew it was not armed and carrying a live warhead .

So the question now is what Pakistan is going to do to detect & shoot an Indian missile attack in the future?

We already have HQ-9 anti missile SAMs

When a missile is fired then you don't know if it is armed or not. You will know only after the fact and that will be too late.
