simple formula hai bhai, giv ticket to credible ppl, all the ppl who have had a change of heart or are new to party should not be given tkt by default unless are deserving (or there is lack of leadership/candidates in that area)... every new person should support the existing person for the first term after that they should be concerned... if they are not ok with that, let them walk they are not here for the cause but for personal gains only...
