Problem is when the public money goes to her personal account. Other than that any Pakistani can suggest/ask/request the PM/CM that his/her village/district/city/Province etc require this and that and the PM/CM can direct authorities to address the problem(s).

It was against IK public stance. Local development funds not even spend via elected MPAs and MNAs.
Farah khan was not elected representative and has no right to influence where funds had to be spend.
