Is Jang/Geo trying to create a rift here? It is the most circulated newspaper in Pakistan. They shouldn't be abusing their powers like that. There should be some sort of accountability for our media houses. No one dares to do such stuff in 1st world countries. Pakistan also needs to introduce Defamation, libel, and slandering laws!

یہ حکومت کا کام تھا کہ اتنا سخت قانون لاتی اور اس پر عملدرآمد کراتی تو کسی میڈیا ہاوس کو جرات نہ ہوتی۔ پہلے دن سے اخبارات اور چینل کھلم کھلا ریاست کے خلاف جھوٹی خبریں لگا رہے ہیں مگر شاید حکومت ان کو لگام ڈالنے کے موڈ میں نہیں ہے

عدیل جس کے ہاتھ میں بھی استرا ہے وہ اسے اپنی مرضی سے بے دریغ چلاتا ہے بھلے وہ مین سٹریم میڈیا میں ہو یا سوشل میڈیا پر ہو
ہر استرا چلانے والا اس غیر منصفانہ عمل کو کسی بھی قانون یا ضابطے سے آزاد اسے اپنا پیدائشی حق سمجھتا ہے

میری بات پر ٹھنڈے دل سے غور کیجئیے گا . یہ آپ کی اپنی ذات سے متعلق قطا نہیں ہے لیکن کچھ موڈریٹرز اپنا کام صحافتی ایمانداری سے نہیں کر رہے وہ اپنے صوابدیدی اختیارات کا استعمال بلا سوچے سمجھے کرنے میں شاید کوئی طمانیت محسوس کرتے ہیں
ہم فورم ممبران آپ کے دوست ہیں اور اس فورم کو اپنا سمجھ کر اسے پھلتا پھولتا دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں​

Who is going to pass these laws in this environment?
