Naturally being an ex Bureaucrat by himself, Orya Maqbool would never like the idea of PMDU. Because the Bureaucrats would be accountable in PMDU for delay in execution of job.
PMDU simply eliminates the scope of delay in job execution through so called "Red tapism."
With PMDU, Bureaucracy can not play with excessive regulation to formal rules which unnecessarily hinders or prevents action or decision-making.
Decision making should be prompt & Solution would be as fast as possible....this is Naya Pakistan.

Ye bhi Haroon babay keh tarah ka aflatoon hai. PDMU doesn’t waste time & resources. When assigned a task, PDMU starts its work straightaway & resolve the issues efficiently. Local government & especially bureaucratic red tape delays the projects & creates hurdles.
