Simply put it is not Privatization but more autonomy and accountability.

While the doctors who are saying that they are doing the protest for poor patients, have anyone ever saw doctors protest against fee of upto 3500 rupees per appointment in private clinics? So they are only misguiding the public to get their support and remain in the old system in which the doctors were firon(not all but those who really thought it as a business).
