This is the fundamental problem with the short videos that not every aspect is either properly highlighted and/or explained well, this leaves more room for the audience to speculate.
I have a different take on the subject matter. I think Kamran Khan is trying to elaborate how the plan was hatched, but yes, he did not disclose the script writer, the producer, director and all the actors, I guess.
Comparatively true, that the actors with the script, as we have witnessed was more or less the same. Though, the script writer, the director, producers and all the rest of the crew is missing from this statement and that, we know who and why.
