If this is true than he has broken the state law by offering people that he will arrange Their marriage with 8 years and two 4 years old girls.

On what basis he had offered his fucking followers , that he will arrange for their marriage it is utterly disgusting but I know he wouldn't be questioned by any fucking authority of government but he had passed on his ugly thoughts to some of our garbage mentality.

So my dear Pakistani just think about it can harm our children future and will encourage these asshole moulvi to impose their filthy ideology on our nation's innocent peoples.

Just raise this issue and bring it to government notice so action should be taken by the authorities.

Getting her married first and the having the option to refuse, really isn't considered an option. And Islam does not allow marriage without the full and proper consent of the woman and hence child marriages are not allowed in Islam.

When the Quran says there is no compulsion in the most important thing like accepting Allah's message and then deen then how can their be compulsion in a thing like marriage.

Stop listening to these wahabi mullahs and stop doing mental gymnastic and jumping through illogical hoops to justify their twisted interpretations instead use your own god gifted common sense for a change.

it's not that simple, something is allowed doesn't mean that it is necessary. So we have to be careful talking against or talking in favour of something especially when it comes to such sensitive cases like this,

Yes, as per what I know, there is no age limit but is it mandatory, not at all.
Hazrat Abu Bakr said allowed the marriage because the Person was Rasool ALLAH S.A.

So it is the father's responsibility to make sure he chooses the right person else father will be held accountable

and if the father cannot guarantee so he should that the person is right or suitable so the father can wait till the daughter can also judge and make a decision for herself we have all the examples we need from Rasool ALLAH S.A.W's life.

My point is we need to study Quran and Sunnah with truthfulness in our heart ,in some more detail by ourselves as well. We should not rely on just any Molvi

مولوی صاحب۔۔ آپ کو اتنی بات سمجھ میں نہیں آتی کہ ہر سوچنے سمجھنے والا ذی شعور فرد اپنی ذات پر اختیار کا حق رکھتا ہے۔ کسی دوسرے کو حق نہیں کہ اس کی ذات کے حوالے سےفیصلے لے۔ والدین کو بھی یہ حق نہیں۔ والدین کون ہوتے ہیں اس بات کا فیصلہ کرنے والے کہ ان کے بیٹے یا بیٹی نے کس کے ساتھ زندگی گزارنی ہے۔۔ یہ فیصلہ ہر لڑکے اور ہر لڑکی کا اپنا ہونا چاہئے کہ انہوں نے کب شادی کرنی ہے ، کتنی عمر میں کرنی ہے اور کرنی ہے یا نہیں کرنی ہے۔۔

جہاں تک آپ نے زناء کی بات کی، تو زناء ہے کیا؟ لڑکا لڑکی، مرد عورت مرضی سے آپس میں جنسی تعلق قائم کرتے ہیں تو آپ مولویوں نے اس کو زنا کا نام دیا ہوا ہے، اس میں قباحت کیا ہے؟ اعتراض تو ریپ پر ہونا چاہئے جس پر آپ مولویوں نے کبھی آواز تک نہیں اٹھائی۔۔۔ ​

یہ آپ کی منافقت ہے کہ ایک لڑکی کی حلال طریقے سے سولہ سال کی عمر میں شاید نہیں ہو سکتی، کیونکہ وہ کم عمر ہے، مگر یہی لڑکی اسی عمر میں کسی لڑکے ساتھ منہ ضرور کالا کر سکتی ہے۔
جس طرح کسی ملک میں جانے کے بعد اس کے قانون کو ماننا پڑتا ہے،اور نہ ماننے پر سزا ور جرمانہ ہے، اسی طرح اسلام میں داخل ہونے کے بعد اس کے حکم کو ماننا ضرور ی ہے۔اور جو نہیں مانتا اسے سزا ملتی ہے، کچھ کو دنیا میں میں اور کچھ کو مرنے کے بعد۔آپ کیوںکہ اپنی کم نصیبی اور گناہ کی نحوست کی وجہ سےاسلام کی دولت سے محروم ہو، اس لئے آپ کے لئے یہ سمجھنا مشکل ہے۔ ​
