رہ گئی بات چا چا کپی کی تو ایسے لوگوں سے عمران خان کو الله پاک چھٹکارا دلاۓ جو بجاۓ نفرتیں کم کرنے کے صرف محض اپنی ذاتی انا کو خوش کرنے کے لئے اوٹ پٹانگ باتیں کر کے قوم کو گمراہ کرنے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہے ہیں- پی ٹی آئی کے جوشیلے جذباتی سیاسی نا بالغ چھکوں کو لازمی اس خبر پر ہارٹ اٹیک ہوا ہو گا لیکن کیا کیا جاۓ ، پاکستانی سیاست ہے ، اگلی مخلوط حکومت بنانے کے لئے مل جل کر ہی کام کرنا پڑے گا -

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman appreciates stance taken by Altaf Hussain.

ISLAMABAD: After years of political animosity, Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Altaf Hussain’s Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) appear to be coming closer as the two leaders held their first telephonic conversation and exchanged good will with each other.

In a rare move, Imran Khan called Altaf Hussain on Saturday and appreciated the ‘bold’ stance taken by the latter on national issues, separate but identical statements issued by media offices of both the parties said.
The two leaders agreed to bury their past differences and vowed to work together for the betterment of the country, the statements added.
PTI and MQM have been considered staunch rivals in the past, at times holding public rallies and resorting to personal attacks against each other’s leadership.
Recently, however, the two parties have come closer, mainly due to back-channel efforts by some common friends and political leaders in Pakistan, observers say.
The second-tier leadership of the two parties prepared the ground that culminated in direct interaction between their leaders.
During their conversation, both sides discussed common agenda points and vowed to work together to achieve their goals.
Altaf Hussain has recently started taking a tough stance in public, on issues like unabated US predator attacks inside Pakistani territory, release of CIA contractor Raymond Davis and Dr Aafia Siddiqui.
The same issues take centre-stage in Imran Khan, and several right-wing parties’, political agendas.

Dunya News says Imran called. The News (Jang) says Altaf called. PTI Sindh president said that Altaf called and was trying this for months. Imran put pre-conditions for this call which were met with by MQM and the discussion only revolved around three issues of national importance. Whichever way, the discussion was on the issues of national importance which Imran Khan was raising for years.

So you think he should have consulted with you or on Siasat.pk? And if a leader does not have the mental prowess to make independent decisions, then what leader is he? I think you do not know the background of this issue. When Imran was sick and was in hospital (SKMH) a team of MQM under Farooq Satar came to meet him and ask him about his health. This was at the start of the last year. There have been occasions where MQM Karachi leadership visited PTI offices in Karachi. All these gestures and more came from MQM, not vice versa. As Haroon Rashid said, MQM could not afford hostility with Imran as Imran has nationwide popularity, if not political, then as a national hero at least. But it was Imran who was constantly putting down proposal of joint efforts. This call was in the making for months. I don't know who technically called, but I am pretty much in agreement with Naeem-ul-Haq, the PTI Sind president, that MQM made such offers for the last two month (after DAVIS incident) and Imran Khan put some conditions for the phone call. These conditions were met - like condemning drone attacks, Afia's case, Davis' release, etc. That's the context, and the call was made. Now tell me logically, what has HURT YOU SO MUCH? Are you saying Imran Khan did a political mistake? Or are you saying that he did something fundamentally wrong? If you are saying the former, then I say your concern is not very valid. Politics in Punjab or KP do not revolve around MQM. PMLN has lost it big time on Davis issue, the damage to Imran on this issue will be MOOT in comparison. To the street in Punjab, MQM is not the issue at all. While greater freedom for PTI workers in Karachi, opportunities to carry out jalsas without any unwanted incident, are the benefits of this incident. (however, I don't' think Imran had this in mind) Now if you think Imran khan has done something fundamentally wrong, then I totally disagree with you. He did not back off from his previous statements. He did not back of from the case he launched against Altaf Hussian.

My own analysis:
In 2004, a lot of people including PTI workers were against Imran Khan for not supporting military operations in Tribal Areas and Waziristan, but time proved he was right.
Many people did not support Imran Khan's decision of boycotting 2008 elections, but time proved he was right.
This was only a phone call, and remember that Altaf Hussain called him: the same Altaf Hussain whose party filled Karachi's walls with slang and abuses against Imran Khan and started a character assassination campaign / personal attacks against Imran Khan on the media using the Sita White case.
I think Imran Khan knows what he is doing and trust him to make the right decisions for Pakistan, so we should not jump to conclusions very quickly.

Well I feel sorry for emotional ******

Whether he consult me or siasat.pk.......whatever he did, he did at his own, and unfortunately, our emotional friends are owning this mistake, tomorrow when IK will be sitting in 90 Our emotional friends will be busy in covering all that as well.

Simply I don't understand, when this might is right will be finished.

When IK was not allowed to enter in Karachi at that time MQM and Altaf were bhata khor, killer, bori bund etc etc, today IK is saying Altaf Hussain have great stance, so everything is alright, because IK sahab now need help in Sind from MQM (HOW PITY) in my opinion this is called hypocrisy,

Friends have courage to face reality, if someone you don't like and you call him wrong at your discretion, then don't deny the mistake of your love one.

BTW how you could guarantee IK will not change his stance toward AH in future. (again don't use your discretion)
